Food Testing Laboratories

Our food testing laboratories are used to test for processed foods beverages, marine and meat products, fruits and vegetables, agricultural food products, animal feed, food additives. We ensure that the food product is free from any physical, chemical and biological hazards are contaminants such as metals, additives, pesticides, preservatives, bacteria etc. The samples are analysed with the standard protocols like AOAC, AOCS, AACC and BIS standards .

Chemical Lab (Phase -Ⅰ):

This lab is used to analyse sugars, fatty acids, vitamins, proteins and oil contents of the food. Lab includes instrumentation room GC room, HPLC room, sample preparation and standard preparation room. Each sample is analysed for a wide range of compounds using the best and most technologically advanced equipment and analytical processes.


Microbiology Lab:

This laboratory is devoted to the culturing, examination, and identification of microorganisms. It is the essential part of effective infection prevention and control. This microbial testing lab uses many methods and types of tests to determine the presence of pathogenic or non- pathogenic contaminants.

We are certified with FSSAI, NABL accredited in accordance with the standard ISO/ IEC 17025:2017.
